Design Goals

Life After 50 was a YouTube channel at the start-up phase of development. They had a concept but needed basic design to reflect their business proposal. They came to AMD explaining their concept for a lifestyle channel with interviews, beauty tips, health and general community-building goals. They knew they wanted a scripted font and purple and gold for their colors. AMD helped narrow down their choices while still refelcting their brand.

AMD got to work on doing a simple design analysis, looking at other brands that resonated with this target audience in the lifestyle industry for inspiration. From there, AMD proposed 3 brand looks that the client could pick and choose from.

While AMD does not always get the client right on the first try, Life After 50 was so happy with the proposed designs that AMD put together the final delivery right away. The client also requested a YouTube banner at this time, and that was included in the Style Guide and Logo delivery.
